Where to watch Wimbledon 2022 on the big screen in London

Where to watch the live action from SW19 with some atmosphere if you’ve missed out tickets to the real thing

Over this year’s Wimbledon tennis championships (27 June – 10 July 2022), a host of London’s spaces will be hosting pop-up, alfresco screening spaces. Most are free and feature nearby hospitality so you can drink and eat as you watch the live action from SW19. Be prepared to turn up early for a good spot, particularly in the last few days when the suspense amps up during the semis and finals.

Here’s a guide to London’s big screens for the Wimbledon tennis championships 🎾 this summer:

  • 1 June – 27 August 2022 : Summer Screens @ Canary Wharf

  • 27 June – 10 July 2022 : Wimbledon @ Hammersmith BID Summer Festival

  • 27 June – 10 July 2022 : Wimbledon in the Gardens

  • 27 June – 10 July 2022 : Wimbledon @ Eccleston Yards

Head to Eccleston Yards to watch the tennis on the big screen while enjoying drinks from the Amie Wine Studio Outdoor Lounge. The UEFA Women’s football will also be shown later in the summer. Free.   • 27 June – 10 July 2022 : Wimbledon Screenings @ St Kats

Sit back and relax on a deckchair or bench on a floating pontoon as you check out the latest action from SW19. You’re welcome to bring your own soft drinks and snacks, but no alcohol. Grab a deckchair and watch the last week of Wimbledon in the heart of Mayfair. Selected food and drink stalls available for refreshments and snacks. 12pm-8pm. Free.   • 8 – 10 July 2022 : Strawberries & Screen

Watch the Wimbledon men’s and women’s finals and men’s semi-finals on the big screen in the heart of Chelsea.
